I stand corrected, or more enlightened I should say. I knew of black Jews but not of practicing ones who were living in Sub-Saharan Africa. In a country where Islam and Christianity are the dominant religions, the Sefwis tribe from Ghana are breaking convention by being devout followers of Judaism. This isn’t something you hear about everyday but the religious diversion is definitely refreshing and interesting.
