Awards seasons isn’t over yet. The Annual CFDA awards always makes for an excellent palate cleanser following the Met Ball. The vibe is still high fashion but much more relaxed and generally more about effortless, but eye-catching chic rather than full-out costume looks. But don’t worry, there were definitely a few jaw droppers on the red carpet. Also, congratulations to Maxwell Osborne and Dao-Yi Chow of Public School for taking home the Menswear Designer of the Year award. Champion for diversity in the fashion industry and CFDA Honoree Bethann Hardison was also presented with Essence Magazine’s Vanguard Award at a pre-CFDA award event 2 nights ago. Now onto the fashion!
