Blue Ivy Carter made international headlines earlier this month when grainy footage of her lifting a bid card, and being thwarted by dad Jay-Z, at a charity auction went viral. The auction took place at this year’s Wearable Art Gala, hosted by Tina Knowles. Blue was eventually outbid on the portrait of Sidney Poitier, to the tune of $20,000, by Tyler Perry.

It turns out that Tiffanie Anderson is the artist behind the colorful and buzzworthy acrylic painting. Anderson, a former member of the popular girl group Girlicious (created by Robin Antin of the Pussycat Dolls), traded in music for art and has been racking up a growing list of celebrity clientele ever since.

Anderson’s past celebrity patrons include Floyd Mayweather and Ray J.
