The pop star (who’s about to pop any minute now) wore the $120 “Aaliyah” dress from Mina Roe maternity. She paired the look with a Gucci Marmont embroidered velvet shoulder bag ($2,700) and star-patterned platform sandals by Stella McCartney (from $723).
