Musician Kelis is a Cordon Bleu certified chef and saucier, who specializes in globally influenced cuisines and modern takes on old classics. Her upcoming special Holiday Feast With Kelis , will feature her recipes for pineapple-saffron turkey, chorizo stuffing with dates, cornbread with candied yams, and a carrot and yam soufflé fit. She’ll be joined by her mom and her sister in their family home. Kelis, who will be putting out a cookbook next fall, credits her mother, who owned a catering business when she was young, with introducing her to cooking.
