Born in Douala, Cameroon, Irma emigrated to France as a teenager where experimented with the sounds of AC/DC and Pink Floyd. She was discovered on Youtube, and eventually ended up in New York where she worked with Lenny Kravitz’ producer. The result of her eclectic musical journey is a soft, soulful folk-infused brand of modern rock.
