While the beauty industry is largely marketed to women, female beauty entrepreneurs still main underrepresented. Cosmetics and beauty retail giant Sephora is hoping to change that with a new program — SEPHORA Accelerate.

The program is part of the larger SEPHORA Stands social initiative, and will help women beauty entrepreneurs offering them the resources to start their businesses.
