Tinsel the Dipper, Wearable Tech

Created by Aniya Williams, a tech entrepreneur who also happens to be a classically trained opera singer, Tinsel is a bold new venture in technology geared at women. After a successful crowdfunding campaign last fall, and a lot of buzz, Tinsel launched their first product, The Dipper. The Dipper is a stylish chevron necklace that delivers high quality audio and blends seamlessly into any modern wardrobe.

Users can operate The Dipper straight out of the box, with no charging or syncing required. The Dipper is essentially the perfect product for those of us who need to disconnect and reconnect easily. Its wearable design means no more fumbling through your bag and untangling headphones.

While The Dipper is definitely iPhone-friendly, it’s also Android compatible. Williams tells us that The Dipper will also be updated to keep up with changing technology. Future adjustments include a new rose gold color to coordinate with the iPhone 6 colorway, as well as considerations for the rumored “jackless” iPhone.

You can pre-order The Dipper for $175, a discount from the MSRP of $199 at Tinsel.me. Check out more images of The Dipper below.
