Clarissa Jean-Philippe, 27, a policewoman in Montrouge, a middle class area in the south of Paris, was killed yesterday morning, while tending to a routine traffic accident. She was shot in the head by an attacker, in a suspected terror attack. The attacker fled in his vehicle and is still at large.

Jean-Philippe, who was originally from Martinique died on the scene. There is no word on whether or not this is tragic incident is connected to the murders at the office of Charlie Hebdo in Paris, earlier this week.
